1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Bicol Paws provides pet cremation, funeral, and memorial services across the Bicol Region.
Our website allows you to:

• Learn about our packages and offerings
• Customize and purchase memorial items
• Book cremation or pick-up services
• Contact our team for inquiries or support

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

When you place an order on our website:

• You confirm that all information you provide (name, contact details, address, etc.) is accurate and complete.
• Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed through PayMongo or other approved payment channels.
• Payment transactions are handled securely by PayMongo. We do not store your credit or debit card details.

If an error occurs (e.g., incorrect pricing or unavailable item), we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order and will contact you promptly to resolve it.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Because our services are personalized and time-sensitive, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing an order or before the cremation process begins.

Once a service has started, refunds are generally not possible, except in cases of:

• Double payment or system error
• Service unavailable or unable to be fulfilled

Custom memorial items (such as frames, urns, or printed materials) are non-refundable once production begins.

4. UPLOADS AND CONTENT

When you upload photos or text for your memorial order:

• You confirm that you own or have permission to use the materials.
• You grant Bicol Paws the limited right to use the content only for producing your requested items.
• We do not share or publish uploaded materials without your consent.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide accurate schedules and timely pick-ups, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation, technical issues).
In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly to reschedule or offer suitable alternatives.

6. PRICING AND CHANGES

All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, package inclusions, or pricing at any time.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we handle every pet with care and respect, Bicol Paws will not be liable for:

• Losses or damages caused by third-party couriers, payment processors, or service interruptions
• Emotional distress or consequential damages arising from service delays or issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product involved.

8. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, graphics, and website materials are the property of Bicol Paws or their respective creators.
